Software Engineer

Build and own features in the software that files FBR e-invoices in real time for businesses across Pakistan. You’ll work across the stack on a small team where your code ships to paying customers quickly and your decisions matter. Expect real ownership, a clean codebase, and room to grow into harder problems.
What you’ll do
- Design, build, and maintain features across the frontend and backend of the invoicing and POS platform.
- Integrate with FBR and third-party APIs — handling authentication, validation, retries, and edge cases.
- Write clean, tested, maintainable code and take part in code review.
- Own reliability and performance for the areas you work on, and debug production issues.
- Help shape technical decisions as the product grows.
What we’re looking for
- 1–4 years building web applications (or strong project work that shows it).
- Solid with a modern language and web fundamentals — JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and a backend language.
- Comfortable with REST/webhook APIs, databases, and Git.
- Care about correctness and clean code — it matters when you’re handling tax data.
- Bonus: React, Node.js, or experience integrating third-party or government APIs.
